It takes away most of the lame buttons
from the toolbar (like shop,etc.) and adds a single "Find in Page"
button.  You can remove that button by deleting the "UserCommand1" from
the file.  It also does other nifty things like enable the scroll wheel,
make the scrollbars wider and set (IMHO) nicer colors.  Its kinda neat
the things you can do with Netscape.
